Working at a job teaches us skill. However more often than not, once we elevate in our career, we realize that we are just a little bit in the grand scheme of things. Then we start talking ideas but having very little skill for any real manifestation. So therefore passion can't fully bear fruits. The real measure of passion is entrepreneurship. People jump job to job, never fully established in their skills or careers. The best is to go solo and work on own ideas. Build passion. Then the work you do, whether your own or for someone else will be passionate as well.

Passion is a place of effort and love. Keep increasing your passion, and you will look for things to create. There is amazing feeling that happens when you are able to see your idea in manifestation. That creates the passion to build bigger and better things.
